StreamYard is a browser studio for talk shows, webinars, and interviews. Streamlabs is mainly desktop streaming software for gamers, with a separate browser studio (Talk Studio). For guest shows, StreamYard has the stronger track record; for price, Streamlabs Talk Studio Pro multistreams to unlimited destinations for $17 a month, under half of StreamYard Core.
Pick StreamYard for polished interviews and webinars. Pick Streamlabs for gaming, or for the cheapest browser multistreaming if you can live with a less-reviewed studio.

What recent reviewers complain about
Both have weak unprompted reviews. StreamYard's center on price rises and support since the Bending Spoons takeover; Streamlabs' on freezes and disconnects.
“They have literally been greedy in tripling the price and tou get less.”Jane, StreamYard review on Trustpilot, June 2026
“The most I have been able to get out on stream time with their multi-stream feature is 20-45 minutes.”Keven Taylor, Streamlabs review on Trustpilot, August 2026
When neither fits: Restream
If you want a browser studio and also stream from OBS or Streamlabs Desktop, Restream does both: it relays any encoder to every platform and has its own studio with guests. Its free plan multistreams to 2 channels, 3 channels cost $19, and it rates 4.6 on Trustpilot (504) and 4.5 on G2 (83). Its weak spot is billing on renewals. Compare it with StreamYard and Streamlabs.
